Good morning,We arrived from France on July 13th at a villa 10 km from Sitges and we would like to know if you can prepare a good lunch for 10 people (5 men and 5 women).
Preferably, you prepare it at home and we will heat it up at the villa because we are not sure of our arrival time.
Among us, there is one person who is gluten intolerant and vegetarian (myself).
I would see something like this, what do you think?
(It doesn't matter if there are leftovers, we will eat them later, we are here until July 16th)
Starters:
- One of your specialties with fresh products
Main dishes:
- Chicken paella (gluten-free) for 9 people
- Tortilla (vegetarian) for 5 people
- A dish of sunny vegetables cooked according to your specialties
Desserts:
- Peach or apricot tart (vegetarian)
- Catalan creams (gluten-free and vegetarian)
