Your tasks at a glanceBecome our real estate professional. During your training, you will learn everything about commercial real estate: from acquiring the raw land to the opening of the finished EDEKA market. Whether in building management, store planning, or real estate accounting: With your commercial and real estate knowledge, you will support exciting projects and be the contact person for our customers. You will work actively with us from day one and will be accompanied by experienced colleagues on your journey.
- You will learn everything about contract processing and the management of properties from our own and external portfolio
- You will create operating and ancillary cost statements
- You will handle defect reports as well as maintenance and service orders
- You will oversee interesting new construction and renovation projects as well as existing properties
- You will handle correspondence and communication with service companies and authorities
- You will be the contact person for our landlords and tenants
- Interest in real estate
- Numerical understanding and organizational skills
