Every 6th person of reproductive age is affected by infertility according to the WHO. In Germany alone, this affects approximately 1.5 million couples in their family planning. Fertilly helps and supports heterosexual and homosexual couples, as well as single mothers, on their journey to becoming parents.

On our mission to help people with their desire to have children, we are looking for you. You embody the heart and voice of the company in patient care. Your competent and trustworthy nature makes people seeking advice on their fertility feel well taken care of.

Responsibilities:

You represent our company in initial telephone consultations with patients (in German and partially in French).
You actively listen and ask the right questions. This allows you to address various situations in the fertility journey and actively offer suitable solutions from our network of partner clinics.
You accompany your patients from the initial contact to treatment and are their most important point of contact. You build trust and a relationship with the patient.
You understand the needs of patients and help them with empathy and practical knowledge regarding their concerns about infertility and desire to have children. You do not persuade, but listen and advise.
In our partner clinics, you coordinate appointments with patients and ensure that all necessary (anamnesis) documents are available for the scheduled consultation.
You play a central role in the company: the voice of the patient.
