    Financial Planning Company is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with its clients and providing backup office support.

    This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential along with a good comprehension skills.

    Daily tasks may include filing, typing, answering phones, reception, responding to customer inquiries and collecting feedback to improve overall customer experience.


    Key skills needed, include clear and effective communication, warm personality, empathy, patience, problem solving, time management, organization, detail oriented and accurate, adaptability, product/service knowledge and technology Proficiency.

    Responsibilities include working in a CRM, scheduling, collaborating on office projects, updating paperwork, and helping clients.

    3-5 years of office and customer service experience.
