The Broad Strokes:

That 1 Painter Richmond is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for an outstanding opportunity. Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for scheduling a no-cost, no-obligation painting estimate.

It is expected the Outside Sales Representative will record accurate data regarding potential customers' information as well as represent That 1 Painter with enthusiasm, professionalism, and expert knowledge.

Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

All training, marketing materials, and company apparel will be provided, as well as ongoing support, coaching, and training opportunities to ensure success.

Cutting In:

• Prospect and generate scheduled appointments for new residential business with potential customers in the assigned geographic area.
• Connect with the community through events, networking opportunities, and grassroots marketing.
• Group and disposition homes in assigned area within canvassing software.
• Participate in weekly training and meetings with other canvassing team members.

Compensation:

- $1,000 to $2,000 per week.

• Performance bonuses and incentives.
• Referral bonuses for recruiting new canvassers.

$1, $2,000.00 per week
