KEY ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
Our Project Managers play a critical role in ensuring that our customer's restaurants open as scheduled.
Your daily work will include plan reviews, quoting, ordering and the coordination of consolidation, delivery, and installation services for each project.
The Project Manager then remains the central point of contact for our customers during their first 30 days of operation.
Successful project completion includes customer satisfaction, ensuring profitability targets are met, and an ongoing approach that seeks continued improvements in process, efficiency, and customer retention.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and positively affect business revenue and profitability
- Produce high quality and accurate project quotes, and effectively manage 3rd party warehouse and installation partners.
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and communication skills to provide guidance to our customers and coworkers
- Use critical thinking to develop solutions for fulfillment and project issues
- Effectively gather and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Seek out
operational efficiencies and support the continuous improvement of the department. - Analyze and interpret project data and customer needs to adapt our offering making a positive impact on customer success and company performance.
- Comprehensive record keeping using trackers and other tools to ensure effective communications and data quality.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting documentation and project management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy displaying strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Employs critical thinking to understand new information, identify, evaluate, and solve problems making sound decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding.
- Strong emotional intelligence required with the ability to connect with others inperson and remotely. Including the ability to manage emotionally charged customer situations in a calm effective manner.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working in a hightech environment.
- Service leadership approach with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.

- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

This role may work in an office setting and/or telecommute from home. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Occasional activities may involve exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
May require occasional travel to Company locations, up to 10%
