Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team.

As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our facilities.

Your duties will include performing various cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.

Duties:

Clean and maintain designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Sanitize surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents
Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues
Follow proper safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries

Skills:

Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and buffers
Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

Note:
This is a paid position. The pay rate will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay:
$ $28.21 per hour
