    Description


    We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to direct the daily rhythm of our coding, claim submission, insurance follow-up, cash applications, and self-pay teams.

    Reporting to the team Director, you'll harmonize all revenue cycle operations and lead processes with enthusiasm for precision and efficiency.


    Our dedicated operations teams work behind the scenes to bring our shared mission to life.

    Each department delivers their own set of strengths which empower our clinicians to focus on their expertise, and ultimately perform the meaningful work that we do.



    What You'll Do:
    Manage end-to-end revenue cycle functions including coding, claim submission, denials and follow up, cash application, and self-pay collections to ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently

    Performs root cause analysis of issues and trends to recommend improvements for the revenue cycle department

    Oversee monthly close processes, including reporting and account balancing

    Monitors daily department operations and adjusts staff coverage as needed

    Train and support revenue cycle supervisors

    Ensure policies, procedures and other staff communication reflect the core values of the organization and support the Best People, Best Patient Experience and Exceptional Financial Performance strategies.

    Ensures staff receive required training; procedures are documented and current; quality reviews are performed regularly, and feedback is provided. Monitors/reports are developed and reviewed regularly to ensure consistently high performance

    Who You Are:
    Poise, diplomacy and maturity in dealing with complex interpersonal issues and good conflict management and resolution skills

    Ability to give performance feedback, train, monitor and mentor employees

    Strong auditing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify, evaluate and report on performance and areas for improvement

    Proven organizational and time management skills

    Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related healthcare field

    3-5 years working in a revenue cycle
