Job Duties

• Meet customers in their home, ask great questions to lead to discovery of the real need
• Meet or exceed sales goals each month
• Be responsive to client communication
• Prepare job notes for the Production team
• Be prepared and on time for all team meetings
• Generate 2 leads per week

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in the residential painting industry
• 2+ years experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Computer knowledge and proficiency in using a CRM and Google Suite
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills
• Punctuality and attention to detail
• Analytical and problemsolving skills

Additional requirements:

• Reliable and presentable transportation
• Valid Social Security Card and Driver's License

Job Type:

• Full Time, annual salary of 52k. Commission paid out after minimum sales numbers are hit First year expected compensation is 100k+, Second year 150k+
• Company car provided once training is complete
