Our diverse range of services includes building maintenance and management of rental properties.We are currently seeking a new team member to fill our open office position in Bell City, MO.
Responsibilities:
- Creating invoices and quotes
- Administrative tasks
- Office organization
- Scheduling appointments
- Customer contact
Qualifications:
- Education in business administration or equivalent would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and reliability
- Professional and confident communication with business partners, customers, and colleagues
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license
