As Head of Operations at El Centro Naval Air Facility, you will be responsible for standardizing and scaling processes in the areas of bike preparation, workshop, spare parts management, and site management.

You will also play a central role in developing, implementing, and continuously adapting our growth strategy in close collaboration with the strategy team.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a scale-up environment
  • Proven experience in scaling and implementing processes, including the use of IT systems
  • Excellent project management skills and a track record of successfully completing complex projects
  • A strong understanding of growth scenarios and efficiencies, with a focus on metrics to derive the right strategic decisions
  • A responsible and structured approach to work, coupled with strong problemsolving skills
  • A proven track record as an empathetic and inspiring leader, with a passion for supporting employees in their personal and professional development

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS STORY:

  • You will take responsibility for standardizing and scaling processes in the operational areas. You will develop uniform processes and ensure their efficient implementation.
  • You will define and monitor operational metrics to increase efficiency. Through continuous process and data analysis, you will identify optimization potentials.
  • You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards. You will ensure that the operational areas can meet the specified quality requirements.
