Description

Primary function is to operate and oversee tube process stations and associated vacuum and electronic equipment to manufacture intensifier tube components.


  • The Exhaust Processor uses hand tools to remove numerous stainlesssteel bolts to access and remove finished product from the vacuum and electronic equipment.
  • The Exhaust Processor will unload and reload the systems without damaging the fragile tubes or the equipment.
  • This position will be responsible for performing various routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
  • Knowledge of all safety (mechanical, chemical, electrical) procedures applicable to the job.
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools and follows written process procedures for intensifier image tube processing.
  • Monitor data from various meters and sensing devices that measure vacuum, temperature, and torque.
  • Maintain accurate record entry through use of onsite Quality Tracking System (QTS).
  • Define complex equipment issues and quality levels while informing engineering of any process, component, etc. that deviate from normal processing
  • Adhere to best vacuum and clean room practices

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent Desired Qualifications.
  • Must be able to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
  • Ability to become familiar with Six Sigma problem solving tools, 5S+1, and Lean methodologies.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $21.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Tempe, AZ 85281: Relocate before starting work (required)
