Position:
The Associate Trust Officer specializes in supporting Senior Trust Officers in the management and administration of trusts. This individual participates in the collaborative and team-centric approach to client servicing across the Wealth Management division.


Responsibilities:


  • Assists Senior Trust Officers in managing trust and estate client relationships
  • Manages the assets and income of trusts in accordance with trust or estate planning objectives
  • Interface regularly with Private Advisors and clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 36 years of experience in fiduciary or trust field
  • Experience with trust and estate administration for high net worth or ultrahigh net worth individuals preferred
  • CTFA a plus

Skills:


  • In depth product knowledge of fiduciary concepts and legal policies related to trust administration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
