What to expect

  • As a commercial property manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the management of predominantly commercially used properties and will be responsible for sustainable goals of profitability, liquidity, preservation and development according to the property strategy
  • You will be the first point of contact and communication partner for tenants and contractual partners
  • You will create and manage lease agreements, addendums and termination agreements and will be responsible for monitoring and implementing rent adjustments, tenant accounts
  • You will record operational invoices and create utility cost statements for the managed properties
  • You will be responsible for contract management of service and maintenance contracts and for monitoring contract services
  • You will work directly with a technical colleague in a team and jointly handle fault and defect reports, insurance claims and initiate technical measures (e.g. repairs)

    • Your foundation

  • You have completed training as a real estate clerk, a degree with a focus on real estate or a comparable education
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in property management
  • You have very good knowledge of rental and real estate law
  • A basic understanding of technology and basic knowledge of building technology are desirable
