About us
The dena's mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition.

As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, it supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals.

To do so, it brings together partners from politics, business, science, and all parts of society. Nationally and internationally, the dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and implements them in practice.

The position involves advising the departments and management on all legal issues related to project structuring and project implementation, contract drafting and review with a focus on achieving the dena's business goals, developing and updating template contracts and other legal templates and guidelines, ensuring compliance with internal company policies.

The position is available part-time or full-time and is initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.

Requirements include a solid understanding of law, demonstrated by satisfactory exam results, knowledge of data protection law is advantageous, ability to work independently, carefully and reliably, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new legal areas, strong writing skills and good communication skills, teamwork and a strong solution-oriented consulting mentality, and excellent German language skills in both written and spoken form.
