    Starbucks Market Research & Insights Lead

    Are you enthusiastic about combining qualitative and quantitative insights to craft a compelling narrative? Do you excel at leading high-performing teams and enhancing customer experiences? As a Starbucks Market Research & Insights Lead, you'll motivate teams worldwide to drive action and decisions by championing our brand and customer experiences.

    In this role, you'll oversee a wide range of research projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences in retail and consumer goods businesses globally. You'll guide the management and evolution of tracking programs, translate business inquiries into research objectives, and collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Product, Digital, and Operations.

    Utilizing your extensive background, you'll:

    • Leverage your expertise to align research priorities with organizational needs
    • Collaborate on designing, executing, and refining brand and customer experience research plans
    • Promote innovative research approaches within the team and develop team members' skills
    • Work with partners to convert business questions into research designs and tailored reports
    • Create impactful narratives with data to drive enterprise-wide decisions
    • Master Starbucks' research methodologies to enhance research capabilities
    • Act as an influencer, representing the customer's voice to senior leadership

    We're seeking individuals with:

    • Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research
    • Extensive experience conducting research in international markets
    • Strong statistical knowledge for quantitative research methods
    • Proficiency in experimental research design
    • Proven track record of leading high-performing research teams
    • Proficiency in developing end-to-end custom research plans
    • Ability to prioritize strategically and communicate effectively
    • Strong relationship-building skills and proficiency in statistical software packages
    • Experience in market research within CPG, Retail, or with a research vendor
