Description

Our client, a leading company in the field of specialized financing in Europe and the USA, is seeking an experienced (Senior) Risk Controller ICAAP (m/f/d) for their location in Munich. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team that supports and develops the company's risk quantification and management processes.

Your main responsibilities include:

Maintaining and developing models and methods for risk quantification within the internal capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP) and risk provisioning (IFRS9).
Conducting scenario analyses as part of the company's planning and stress testing program.
Assisting with the implementation of new regulatory requirements (SREP).
Regular quantification of risks and risk coverage.
Supporting the creation and updating of the company's recovery plan.
Reporting on ICAAP calculations.

The ideal profile:

Degree in a relevant field such as economics, (business) mathematics, or engineering.
Several years of experience in risk modeling and analysis, ideally in a financial institution.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial institutions.
Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools and programming languages such as SAS, R,
