We are a pediatric/orthodontic dental office based in the heart of Jersey City, NJ and in close proximity to the Grove St PATH station.

We are a growing practice with the goal of delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Currently, we are seeking for an office manager to have the following roles:


Qualifications:

• A motivated team-oriented player who understands the value of hospitality and customer service
• A responsible individual who understands how to focus on building and maintaining a work culture of mutual trust
• An assertive individual who can communicate to team members honestly and openly while keeping an open and clear mind
• Manage and supervise office staff; this receptionists, dental assistants, and treatment/financial coordinators.
• An organized person who takes full responsibility of daily operations, ensuring smooth clinical workflow, and providing excellent patient service.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and patients
• The ability to LEAD and motivate the office team

-Dental experience is required.

-Executable sales experience with consistent outcomes is highly preferred.

-Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is preferred.

-Knowledge of dental insurance is preferred.
