- Design and implement audio-visual solutions based on project requirements.
- Integrate audio-visual systems with existing infrastructure and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AV systems.
- Proficiently install and configure a diverse range of AV equipment, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and projectors, as well as network-based control, video, and audio systems.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
- Provide technical support during live events, meetings, and presentations.
- Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain appropriate monitoring of AV Systems using PRTG and XiO Cloud, to ensure a proactive approach to system health.
- Assist end-users with troubleshooting AV equipment and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired.
- Minimum of three years of Crestron control system experience is required.
- Experience conducting site surveys, designing, and installing audio-visual solutions is required.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and local area network administration (LAN) and multi-cast is required.
- Experience with video conferencing (Zoom), IP-based switching hardware (Evertz), audio DSP setup and calibration (QSC and Dante) is preferred.
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Credential is required.
- CTS-Design and CTS-Installation are preferred.
- CompTIA Network+ and WCNA (Wireshark Certified Network Analyst) preferred. A willingness to complete vendor certification training is required.
- Work evenings and weekends as requested.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to access AV system components. In addition, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
