What You Will DoSmile, greet and thank customers and assist them with any needs
Build positive relationships with customers
Handle customer complaints with poise
Answer phones
Review/process customer repair orders
Process payments from customers quickly and accurately
Follow up with insurance payments to various insurance companies
Process accounts receivable payments
Daily deposit reconciliation
- This role will float between our three body shops on an as needed basis.
