Summary:


The JSG
Corporate Marketing Coordinator will partner with the Director of Strategic Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing Manager, and Corporate Training Manager to support and empower the business objectives of the corporate marketing team.

The JSG Corporate Marketing Coordinator will be an instrumental member of the team in facilitating the completion of strategic and critical corporate marketing initiatives while promoting a great cultural environment across the brand for both employees and customers.

The Justrite Safety Group Corporate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the corporate marketing team with corporate marketing activities in five key areas of focus:1- Project Coordination

2- Marketing Communication Activities

3- Events & Shows

4- Trainings

5- Analytics


1-Project Coordination - 25%

  • Assist Corporate Marketing Team in the planning, organizing, and monitoring of various projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Skilled at understanding project goals, objectives, and scope to proactively identify potential roadblocks and manage projects effectively towards completion.
  • Strong ability to identify synergies between corporate project requests to optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Assist Corporate Marketing Team in building out project templates
  • Maintain project documentation to ensure clear visibility into project progress.

2-Marketing Communication Activities - 25%

  • Support Corporate Marketing Team with the development and execution of JSGbranded marketing activities to promote crossselling initiatives to our customers through various marketing channels and our channel partners.
  • Coordinating with individual business unit marketing managers for crossfunctional marketing initiatives.
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to craft, review, and edit content for various marketing channels as needed.

3-Events & Shows - 25%

  • Helps manage the show bookings, organization, and administrative planning of virtual and inperson tradeshows and events, including events for channel partners.
  • Coordinates packing and shipping of product samples and tradeshow displays, and the dissemination of marketing collateral and materials to and from events.
  • Coordinate the selection, ordering, and production of trade show materials (e.g., brochures, banners, giveaways).
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, to create buzz and promote events before, during, and after.
  • Upload leads into Salesforce and maintain comprehensive records of event history, including valuable ROI data.
  • Analyze event performance and compile postshow reports with key takeaways and recommendations to optimize future events.
  • Maintains a record of expenses associated with tradeshows and events.

4-Trainings - 15%

  • Provides support as needed for company distributor training programs including but not limited to assisting with training content, coordinating dinners and events, ordering and shipping of products and other supplies.
  • Supports training manager in maximizing enrollment for virtual trainings by spearheading targeted marketing activities across various platforms.

5-Analytics - 10%

  • Analyze marketing activities and show and training performances to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of customer trends and industry benchmarks, while actively staying ahead of the curve on emerging trends within the industry.
  • Compile marketing data from various sources to support reporting and analysis for marketing manager to use in reports.

Other duties As Needed

  • Serves as liaison between sales and developers for STUDE mobile app to help with troubleshooting, creating new accounts, etc.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or as may be required.

Additional Required Qualities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctual, dependable, and selfmotivated
  • Problemsolving and organization ability to assimilate information and potentially conflicting ideas into coherent and logical outcomes.
  • Flexibility be able to improvise and adjust to shifting priorities; positive "cando" attitude
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Experience and Education

  • 3+ years in a fastpaced marketing environment
  • B.A./B.S. preferred, or other fieldrelated or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Hubspot and Workfront a plus, but not required
  • Trade show experience preferred
