Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct administrative support to the VP and Executive Director of Development.
  • Prepare executive level presentations, memos, letters, reports, spreadsheets, and other correspondence.
  • Collect, compile, and prepare status, tracking, and summary reports.
  • Coordinate travel; prepare and process Travel & Expense reports.
  • Specific clerical tasks include but are not limited to phone coverage/maintain phone log, coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, check requests, order supplies, shipping, copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Support special projects, promotions, events, and/or programs, as needed or assigned.
  • Prepare one sheets, create deck presentations, and write script coverage as needed.
  • Collaborate with employees for information, research, administrative materials, etc.
  • Take comprehensive notes on both internal and external creative conversations.
  • Be aware of shifting priorities that will impact scheduling for internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of experience in entertainment; preferably supporting an executive at a production company, studio or network.
  • Team player, who is a highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to demonstrate professional demeanor in a teambased environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Passionate about working in Kids and Family programming.
  • Prior experience processing travel and expense reports in an online HRIS system; like SAP.
