- Receive payments and verify amounts against supporting maps and reports.
- Prepare daily worksheets with batch totals and balance cash against report.
- Generate and distribute trust checks.
- Make daily deposits for client accounts.
- Compile, organize, and calculate daily trust activity for processing.
- Collect income receipts including interest, dividends, rents, royalties, annuities, etc.
- Setup and maintain client accounts, assets, and name and address records.
- Prepare, review, and complete routine client documents including letters, memos, and reports.
- Maintain files for the trust operations department.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred or equivalent years of experience.
- Background knowledge in fiduciary and financial accounting, taxes and investments, and/or trust/estate regulations preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Customer service skills including actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions.
