Rental Desk Representative Responsibilities:

Handle daily reservations of rental car pickups and deliveries.
Explain rental car options for daily and weekly rates, as well as our full rental terms.
Provide friendly customer service care to all clients.
Assist client with rental car agreements and ensure that all information is collected.
Resolve customer complaints tactfully, answer inquiries and complete transactions.
Accurately process payments.
Provide assistance, recommendations, and advice to customers regarding rentals.
Oversee and maintain rental car fleet condition; work directly with detail team on maintaining cleanliness of rental vehicles.

Rental Desk Representative Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills are a must.
Ability to learn dealership rental car software systems (TSD Mobility Solution/StarLink).
Must be organized and confident in completing administrative tasks.
Experience in Google Platform and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
