Fine Gardening Crew Leader
Horticulture experience required.

Salary:
$24 - $28 / hour depending on experience

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

What will you do as a Horticultural Crew Leader?

Work outdoors on amazing properties.
Get your hands dirty with garden bed and perennial care.
Design, plant and care for flower pot and container displays
Lead a small team of awesome people.
Play with flowers of all shapes and sizes while helping them thrive.

What skills, knowledge, and experience do you need as a Horticultural Crew Leader?

Have three or more years working in a professional fine gardening setting.
Knowledge of New England plant material and horticultural practices.
Have a detailed eye with a clean aesthetic
A desire to create, install, and maintain stunning decor displays through each season.
The demeanor and drive to lead a team.
Effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.
Driver's license with a good driving record.
Ability to be on your feet (moving, climbing, and bending) for 8+ hours per day and routinely lift 50 lbs.

- must be comfortable working in all kinds of weather such as heat and humidity.
