Job Overview:
We are seeking Real Estate Renovation Project Manager to join our team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
- Manage project resources including personnel, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to guide project teams effectively
- Ability to negotiate effectively with real estate contractors
- Knowledge of requirements management processes
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and vendors
- Proficient in cost control analysis for renovation projects
- Familiarity with SAS software for data analytics
