Description

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary
• Train and mentor security staff on proper procedures and protocols
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all securityrelated activities

• Strong background in law enforcement or related field
• Possess relevant certifications or training in loss prevention, conflict management, or related areas
• Ability to handle highpressure situations calmly and effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
