- Potential starting base salary: $300,000 - $400,000
- Daily schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30pm; On-call: will take call with other Staff Urologist; call will be every three days.
- Full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery from any U.S. StateAdditional requirements:
- Board certified or board eligible
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; must be present prior to entering on dutyWe offer:
- Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment): Assistance with payment of outstanding medical school loans, up to $200K over 5 years, if approved.
- Recruitment Incentive (Sign-on Bonus)/Relocation Incentive: Authorized for highly qualified candidates.
- Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
- Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA
- CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification)
