- Assist in processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the Payroll Business Manager in data collection and entry for payroll processing.
- Help address and resolve employee payroll queries.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and payroll tax requirements.
- Help in preparing payroll-related reports as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices.
- Assist in maintaining payroll system information.
- Support the Payroll Business Manager in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems, including the Dimensions system.
- Participate in payroll system testing and updates as required.
- Perform administrative tasks related to payroll processing.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of payroll records.
- Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing and systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in a payroll or finance role.
- Familiarity with the Dimensions system or other payroll software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Description
As a Payroll Business Coordinator at Equinox, you will play a vital role in supporting the payroll function. This position is ideal for someone with foundational payroll knowledge and a keen interest in developing further in this field. You will assist in managing payroll processes and contribute to the successful operation of the payroll department under the guidance of the Payroll Business Manager.
