Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as counter attendants.

As a counter attendant, you will be responsible for taking orders from customers, processing payments, assembling food orders, and providing excellent service with a smile.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers as they approach the counter, take their orders accurately, and provide helpful recommendations as needed.
  • Operate cash registers and POS systems to process orders, accept payments, and issue receipts.
  • Assemble food orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Prepare and package food items, such as burgers, fries, sandwiches, and beverages, for dinein, takeout, or drivethru service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and surrounding areas, including wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and disposing of trash.
  • Ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times, including proper handling and storage of food items.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including kitchen staff and managers, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or fastfood environment preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate cash registers and POS systems accurately.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
