CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates the smooth operation of the reception area of the school entry including visitor check-in and greeting.
- Ensures that the school entry is neat, attractive, and presents a positive first impression to visitors. Assumes ownership of the entry area.
- Continuously improves personal skills by attending appropriate training sessions. (NSLP, etc.).
- Maintains and submits records related to programs of the school. Communicates with vendors and other providers.
- Prepares reports for submission to the departments or campus leaders.
- Disseminates office supplies and materials for school staff and parents.
- Maintains reports and submissions as required.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding staff and school related issues.
- Communicates positively and courteously with staff, parents, and others per principal directive.
- Designs and maintains a computer database equivalent to the needs of the campus with respect to personnel personal data.
- Provide clerical support to the campus.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
