Job Title:

Operations Specialist - Wires

What you will bring:

Essential Duties:

Process inbound/outbound domestic and international wire transfers.
Handle requests for foreign exchange currency purchase/sales.
Monitor Fed account activity and balances to facilitate fund movement.
Assist in processing and settling daily incoming ACH file activity.
Monitor communications between foreign banks and the Bank through the SWIFT Network.
Process requests concerning wire investigations and vendor compliance.
Process foreign cash letter/collection checks.
Maintain daily logs of international wire activity & foreign transaction processing.
Maintain communication with client banks and vendors regarding international activity.
Utilize various resources to assist with inquiries, issues, and technical problems.
Willingness to learn other duties within the department for coverage purposes.
Deliver superior levels of customer support and service.

Non-Essential Duties:

Perform other related duties in support of the Bank's objectives, policies, and procedures, including BSA, AML, OFAC, and cybersecurity compliance.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience in bank operations or related positions required.
Exceptional accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
Proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the Internet.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change.
Willingness to learn automated systems and banking processes.
Outstanding multitasking and timemanagement skills.

Salary $40,000 - $45,000 (DOE)
