Austin Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is seeking a new Construction Bookkeeper to join our team.

We are a local, family owned company with almost 30 years here in Austin, and we're looking forward to being here for another 30.

Currently, we are looking for an expert bookkeeper, with experience to the specific challenges that come working within the trade industry.

Your role will be to handle the accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll as well as other bookkeeping and office duties.

As a member of the office, you will work with our clients and other office staff and report to our the Office Manager or Owner when needed.

What You Will Do:

Pay bills
Do collections
Payroll
General Bookkeeping
Other financial related tasks
General Office Duties

What You Will Bring:

Construction bookkeeping (necessary)
QuickBooks experience (necessary)
Lien experience (necessary)
ServiceTitan experience (preferred)
