Are you an experienced manager seeking a new adventure in a bustling shop? Or are you a skilled lead technician ready to accelerate your career into management, and maybe even ownership? If you've answered "yes" to these questions, we're looking for you as our Automotive Repair Store Manager This is the necessary experience we need from you:

  • Must have at least 2 years of automotive industry experience
  • Strong understanding of the auto industry
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Ability to handle technician discipline
Previous leadership experience is preferred.


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:


Reliability is key in this role, as showing up on time and consistently is crucial to maintaining our high standards.

Additionally, it's essential to be articulate and able to explain complex automotive issues in layman's terms, making the customer experience as transparent and understandable as possible.

Being punctual, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, and being proficient in using computers to streamline operations will be valuable assets in this position.


WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
As our Automotive Repair Store Manager, you'll thrive in a full-time position with a high-octane workweek.

Our shop operates at full speed from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 7:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays (required).

With one day off during the week, plus Sundays, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of work and play.
