As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Stay up to date on the products and brands we carry so that you can best recommend new products and explain why we carry the product
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic systems
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
