Front Desk Representative
Opening for a part-time front desk representative in a busy massage practice. If you are upbeat, can pleasantly greet patients and visitors as the "first face" and have excellent customer service. _We are looking for YOU_

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8:30am-3:30pm.

No Saturday's


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years' office or demonstrated clerical experience
• Must be detail oriented and must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, especially on the phone
• Required Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Basic proficiency with various computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet each patient and potential new patient in a positive, engaging and professional manner
• Scheduling new and recurring patient appointments for clinical providers
• Recognize opportunities and ask appropriate needsbased questions to provide extraordinary customer service to create patient loyalty
• Ability to prioritize work and handle various tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions
• Ability to interact professionally with patients, providers, and staff
• Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of patient care using customer service skills and massage system for scheduling clients. Check patient's in and out.
• Provide each patient with required Forms and certify patient completion
• General maintenance of professional appearance of the office, watering plants, garbage removal, etc. and oversight of interoffice cleaning, laundry and organization
• Changing sheets on tables and cleaning treatment rooms after each patient visit
• Any and all other tasks or projects, as assigned
