_Montessori Upper Elementary Teacher - Montessori Experience Required _


Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Safety and wellbeing of students in the classroom
• Delivering established Montessori scope and sequence
• Attendance at all required faculty and team meetings
• Full collaboration and participation within a divisional team and Interdisciplinary teachers
• Required to complete student record keeping, lesson planning, parent reports and parent conferences
• Participate and help lead Parent Ed evening events
• Have an open, calm, flexible demeanor
• Have strong communication skills and professionalism
• Have a deep appreciation for the Montessori method and philosophy
• Be energized and inspired by working with children
• Be eager to partner with parents on the child's journey
• Be enthusiastic and rich in cultural studies

Our student body is 120 with programs for children from 18 months through the 6th grade. We have been serving families in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, and neighboring communities in South Orange County since 1996.
