    Position Summary:


    We seek a Systems Process Engineer who thrives on diving deep into technology, understanding its intricacies, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

    This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically proficient but also possesses a curious mind, eager to dissect systems to uncover and rectify their flaws.

    You will be instrumental in enhancing our manufacturing processes, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    Take initiative to thoroughly understand our manufacturing systems, identifying and diagnosing inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

    Apply a hands-on approach to design, develop, and optimize mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring robustness and scalability.

    Implement Lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity.

    Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies, enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.


    Lead validation protocols for new equipment and processes in compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and other regulatory standards, ensuring rigorous quality control.

    Job Qualifications

    Education and Experience


    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 8-10 years or work experience or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 6-8 years of experience.

    Demonstrated ability in mechanical design, electrical systems, and control logic, with proficiency in CAD software and PLC programming.

    Proven experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, showcasing a history of process improvements.

    Knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA), and experience in validation processes.

    Strong analytical skills, with a track record of troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing or engineering context.

    Skills and Abilities

    Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.

    Courage to tackle complex problems head-on, with a persistent attitude towards understanding and improving systems.

    Excellent project management skills, capable of leading initiatives from concept to completion.

    Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work with diverse teams and articulate technical concepts clearly.

    Ability to bring cross functional teams together.
