Healing Life Counseling is a growing private practice with offices in Mesa, Scottsdale and Tucson.

We are looking for one more therapist to join our team working in our Scottsdale office 2.5 days a week and the rest of the work will be at home seeing clients through telehealth.

We provide outpatient individual counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults.

We specialize in treating a variety of psychological needs such as anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, gender identity, suicide prevention, crisis, trauma, parent-child relationships, eating disorders and body image, ADHD, and grief and loss.

Our therapists use CBT, DBT, brief solution focused, EMDR, ERP, etc.


Requirements:

We are hiring 1 associate licensed therapist (LMSW or LAC) to join our team. The therapist would need to be available to meet with clients in the office and also through telehealth.

The office location is 3260 N Hayden Road Suite 210 Scottsdale Evening availability 2-3 evenings a week is required to meet client schedules.

This is a full-time position and the therapist must have the desire to build a caseload of at minimum 20 client sessions a week.

This is a contract position.

It is best suited for a therapist with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn and grow professionally, excellent relationship and communication skills, proven ability to build strong rapport with clients, strong typing and documentation skills.

Ability and willingness to work with adolescents and adults. Experience and/or willingness to work with children is a plus. Once hired, you will be required to obtain your own private practice liability insurance. You must also provide your own smart phone and laptop.

You will receive four supervision hours a month toward independent licensure with an LCSW, ability to staff/process cases as needed, and a very generous reimbursement rate of $55- $60 per client session.

We train newly hired therapists in CBT, DBT, treatment planning, diagnosing, and documentation.

We have many resources for you to use in session with clients for rapport building, along with helping them meet their treatment goals such as art supplies, sand trays, therapeutic games, workbooks etc.

In addition, we provide the following services for you:

marketing on our website and Psychology Today, business cards, billing to insurance and collecting client payments, scheduling service, Microsoft Office Suite, and a furnished, comfortable office.

Pay:
$ $60.00 per hour
