    LOCATION: 10250 Santa Monica Blvd Ste 2400 (Level 2), Los Angeles, CA Westfield Century City)

    PAY RATE: $ $38.00 per hour

    JOB PURPOSE:

    Floor Managers manage the restaurant on a day-to-day basis. Their focus is on the front-of-house operations, which consists of managing Din Tai Fung's brand standards, ensuring service meets expectations, managing inventories, and controlling costs as it relates to product and labor to ensure budgets are met.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience or education
    • Manager's Food Handler's Card
    • Flexible Work Schedule
      • Floor Managers are required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
      • The schedule may vary based on business demands
    • Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email
    • Positive and professional attitude
    • Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team
    • Basic cooking skills
    • Ability to stand for long periods
    • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and speed

    Din Tai Fung is a Chinese restaurant specializing in Xiao Long Bao, or soup dumplings. Originally founded in Taiwan as a cooking oil retail business in 1958, Din Tai Fung was reborn as a steamed dumpling and noodle restaurant in 1972.
