Reference:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a construction manager/operations manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our branch in Dresden as soon as possible for our department of renovation technology.

Your responsibilities:

Accompanying damage restoration on the construction site
Documentation of the respective damage object (photo documentation of ongoing work)
Personnel management of operational employees on the construction site
Participation in construction site work
Material and equipment disposition

What we expect from you:

Completed vocational training in a trade, e.g. painter and decorator, tiler, carpenter (m/f/d) or similar
Solid professional experience in a similar field, e.g. foreman/woman or similar
Independent and responsible work ethic
Strong team spirit
Good computer skills
