Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent bartending skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.


Duties:


  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
  • Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent overintoxication
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
  • Must have a city of Kenosha current bartender license.
We are an event venue that has various types of functions requiring a bartender. There are some weeknights as well as weekends, especially during the summer.

We try to have a ratio of 1 bartender to every 50-60 guests so there may be more than 1 bartender covering an event.


Experience:


  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
  • Excellent knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
