Real Estate Manager (m/f/d)

Residential and Commercial Properties - from Construction to Leasing

Our client is a strategic investment group focusing on the management, construction, and acquisition of residential and commercial properties in Southern Germany. The properties are intended for long-term leasing and sales, with an initial volume of 1,000 residential units. To continue to develop in a pioneering and innovative way, we are currently seeking a Real Estate Manager (m/f/d).

Location: Hohenlohe Region I Start Date: Upon Personal Availability

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for developing planning and usage concepts, creating project calculations and profitability calculations
  • Leading a team of up to five employees, from lead architect (m/f/d) to project manager (m/f/d)
  • Proactive portfolio management and project development in the role of developer
  • You will represent the company externally and maintain a stable network with all relevant market participants
  • Research and acquisition of new properties in accordance with the underlying investment strategy, and creation of market and location analyses
  • Defining leasing and marketing strategies is also part of your responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in real estate management or a comparable education
