You'll also play a key role in promoting effective communication and collaboration among healthcare providers and patients. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to clinical initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes across all Altais Medical Group clinics.

    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience using electronic medical records, Epic experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience providing evidence based and value-based medicine, serving as patient health advocate.
    • Working in interdisciplinary teams.
    • Applying quality improvement plans.
    • Ability to function independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to adjust communication styles when working with patients, their families, and colleagues.
    • Highly organized, strong time management skills and flexibility to manage multiple timelines and activities.
