FACILITIES - BUILDING MAINTAINENCE

Position Summary:

We are seeking a
Facilities Tech to join our facilities department. Maintain and service Hensley Beverage buildings at a high level to optimize the quality of the products stored in the facilities.

Will perform general builiding maintenance including:
plumbing, light electrical, painting, sheetrock, and minor mechanical.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Perform regularly scheduled building and lot maintenance including general cleaning and repair
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair building maintenance items
Perform basic facility construction
Adhere to trade safety and environmental safety
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

Driver's License
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
Must be able to work well with others
Frequently required to work on a ladder
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
