Your tasks:


  • Conducting account maintenance, reconciliation and clarification
  • Booking bank transactions
  • Independent review and booking of incoming invoices (CANDIS)
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines and accuracy of numbers
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Preparatory accounting for monthly and annual financial statements
  • Maintenance of our folder and filing system
  • Review, classification and booking of all accounting transactions as well as execution of payment runs

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial education
  • Professional experience
  • Indepth knowledge of fixed asset accounting
  • Proficient in German
  • Knowledge of MS Office products, experience with DATEV and CANDIS desirable
  • Communication and problemsolving skills, teamwork, proactive attitude and forwardthinking mindset
  • Structured, independent and responsible way of working, intercultural competence
  • Reliability, flexibility and teamwork
