ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are excited to extend our reach across the country and are seeking individuals who are passionate about our meaningful mission. Our goal is to empower communities by enhancing financial knowledge for all, making financial freedom and asset protection accessible to everyone. As a Financial Services Professional, you will be a vital part of advancing this mission through client consultations. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn how to manage, save, and safeguard their finances.

This opportunity allows you to work remotely from anywhere as an Independent Contractor and Entrepreneur. Financial Services Representatives collaborate with renowned North American Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies to create customized solutions for individuals and businesses in their financial planning endeavors.

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS OF FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or authorized to work with SSN. Must be based in the US.

· Possess an active Life and Health license OR be willing to acquire one within the initial 30 days. While prior financial background or education is advantageous, it is not mandatory as we provide top-notch training and guidance from seasoned Agents.

· Entrepreneurial mindset

· Willingness to assist others, serve as a mentor, and take on leadership responsibilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Organized and capable of managing and creating a personal schedule.

· Positive attitude, open to learning, adaptable, and responsive to coaching.

· Skilled at fostering and nurturing long-term client relationships.

· Access to a computer/laptop, phone, and internet.

COMPENSATION FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES

· Competitive commission-based structure with 1099 (W9) income. This is not a salaried/W2 position.

· Unlimited earning potential.

· Performance-based bonuses and incentives based on meeting set standards.

· Opportunities for company-sponsored trips based on performance and meeting criteria.

· Residual income (yearly client contract anniversaries), trail, and passive income possibilities.
