ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

  • ITSM joining our team to support the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration.
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As the ServiceNow Developer

  • ITSM, you will develop NNSA's ITSM platform using nocode, lowcode, and fully scripted solutions using the most appropriate approach.
Other responsibilities include,

  • Delivers solutions using Agile practices such as CI/CD. Orchestrates and automates workflows.
  • Manages integrations with other systems.
  • Uses End User Experience to design best practices which provide robust user experience.
  • Rolls out changes following testing and using established change practices.
HOW A SERVICENOW DEVELOPER-ITSM POSITION WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Help manage and implement cybersecurity processes
  • Have exposure to both the client and GDIT senior leadership
  • Work across teams and help program leadership coordinate and deliver on complex tasks
  • Contribute to one of the nation's most important mission, securing nuclear power and arsenals
  • Use your technical skills to deliver a successful program

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of related experience working in a fastpaced environment where you help manage and develop cybersecurity processes.
  • ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications and 3+ years of experience preferred.
  • Must know ServiceNow JSON, JavaScript, Script-Includes and changing ServiceNow workflow. Knowledge of SIEM tools, compliance requirements also required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Active DOE Q clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $91,034 - $123,164. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
