ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

ITSM joining our team to support the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As the ServiceNow Developer

ITSM, you will develop NNSA's ITSM platform using nocode, lowcode, and fully scripted solutions using the most appropriate approach.

Other responsibilities include,

Delivers solutions using Agile practices such as CI/CD. Orchestrates and automates workflows.
Manages integrations with other systems.
Uses End User Experience to design best practices which provide robust user experience.
Rolls out changes following testing and using established change practices.

HOW A SERVICENOW DEVELOPER-ITSM POSITION WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Help manage and implement cybersecurity processes
Have exposure to both the client and GDIT senior leadership
Work across teams and help program leadership coordinate and deliver on complex tasks
Contribute to one of the nation's most important mission, securing nuclear power and arsenals
Use your technical skills to deliver a successful program

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical discipline.
3+ years of related experience working in a fastpaced environment where you help manage and develop cybersecurity processes.
ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications and 3+ years of experience preferred.
Must know ServiceNow JSON, JavaScript, Script-Includes and changing ServiceNow workflow. Knowledge of SIEM tools, compliance requirements also required.
Microsoft Office Suite experience.
Active DOE Q clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $91,034 - $123,164. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
