- Develops and manages assortment sheets in GDS for Direct To Consumer exclusive styles and 3rd party product buys.
- Prepares visual selling decks by category for review at weekly or monthly cross-functional best seller meetings.
- Creates visual decks of store assortment selections to share with cross-functional teams. Updates decks throughout the season as line edits are made.
- Monitors product in-DC dates for upcoming seasons.
- Handles samples required for brand marketing, photoshoots, etc., and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure suitable samples are available.
- Tracks production status of DTC exclusive styles and 3rd party product buys.
- Submits assortments & listings, ticketing file & pricing file for order setup in the system.
- Generates contracts for the reservation of seasonal goods.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, focusing on Excel, Access, and Power Point.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with colleagues and business associates.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate positively both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of excelling in a dynamic environment that demands multitasking and daily re-prioritization.
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or retail apparel merchandising.
- Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Apparel and Retail Studies, Business Management, or Merchandising; or equivalent professional background.
- Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and related office items weighing between 1 to 25 lbs., based on requirement.
- This role is situated at the Kontoor Brands headquarters in Greensboro, NC.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Merchandising.
