Job Title: Product Prep Specialist at Lowes Foods

Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing Pick & Prep products and offering product preparation services to ensure an exceptional experience for guests while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities:
- Actively engage guests through product preparation, sampling, and suggestive selling.
- Demonstrate superior guest service by sharing product stories and highlighting benefits like freshness, healthiness, and locality.
- Showcase knife skills and services at Pick & Prep.
- Maintain Pick & Prep area per merchandising and operational standards.
- Uphold quality standards for products.
- Ensure sanitation and safety in the department.
- Assist with product preparation, stocking, and guest service.
- Make PA announcements.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to engage guests effectively and have fun.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Capable of lifting weights as required.
- Proficient in Pick & Prep operations.
- Willingness to learn various tasks and knife skills.
- Strong communication, guest service, and selling abilities.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Physically able to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable with receiving directions from supervisors.
- Proficiency in computer and scale operation.
